Naijapros serves as a meeting place for individuals or organisations seeking to outsource projects and freelancers seeking to earn extra income. We also provide the mechanism for employers to securely pay their selected freelancers online! Payments are made using the Naijapros Escrow service. We also provide dispute resolution services in the event that there is a deadlock between the employer and freelancer. Disputes are resolved using the Project Agreement and Project Discussion Board.
The steps below describe the process of working on Naijapros:

• An employer posts a project
• All freelancers with the skills selected by the employer are notified
• The employer gets bids from numerous freelancers and selects the bid that he is satisfied with
• The freelancer uploads a project agreement which is reviewed by the employer
• If the employer is satisfied with the terms of the agreement, he approves it. Otherwise he instructs the freelancer to make amendments.
• Once the project agreement is approved, the employer then funds the project (Funding is available via Interswitch ATM cards or Bank Deposit).
• The freelancer then commences work on the project while communicating continuously with the employer.  Once he is through, he uploads the project files using the Project Discussion Board. (We recommend that all important communication between both parties be done using the Project Discussion Board. In the event of any disputes, the board shall be reviewed by our dispute resolution team to arrive at a decision).
• Once the employer is satisfied with the project, he releases the funds to the freelancer. If the freelancer is no longer interesed in the project, he refunds the funds back to the employer.

We only charge the freelancer a 5% commission on every successful project.
